In recent decades, humans have been orchestrated by the combination of written and aural text, and their homotopic roles and authorities. Audio records are the strategic instrument; an assault against the silence of memory. Political sound that can be realized theoretically even when the material and multisensory means are lacking, subjugates, orchestrates, and conceptualizes the sounds of daily life. When pragmatics ceased to be, the following items were found near the body: a super-dip language, outpourings of human feelings, justification and the activism of sexual difference. Be the subject to the alternative: fall outside, or answer explicitly. Conventional working conditions syntacticise and semanticise pragmatic determinations. Production techniques are not designed nor applied, not only as social but political, and their use constitutes the fault, virtue, value or sense.

"MEDIA, by altering the environment, evoke in us unique ratios of sense perceptions. The extension of any one sense alters the way we think and act--the way we perceive the world. When these ratios change, men change" [McLuhan]

The Phonetic alphabet forced the magic world of the ear to yield to the neutral world of the eye. Man was given an eye for an ear [McLuhan]
Acoustic space: boundless, directionless, horizonless
Smooth space: fluid, intensive, deterritorialized, and "must be navigated by constant reference to the immediate concrete environment, not to abstractions like maps or compasses" [Bogard]
"The stuff that dreams are made of" [Sam Spade in Maltese Falcon]
Homophone: The word derives from the Greek homo- (ὁμο-), "same", and phōnḗ (φωνή), "voice, utterance". The opposite is heterophones: similar, but not phonetically identical words that have the same meaning.

Electric circuitry is recreating in us the multidimensional space orientation of the "primitive". At the high speeds of electric communication, purely visual means of apprehending the world are no longer possible; they are just too slow to be relevant or effective... [and] our most impressive words and thoughts betray us--they refer us only to the past, not to the present. [McLuhan]

In chemistry compounds which end in -ate rather than -ite contain more oxygen - compunds which contain no oxygen end in -ide. Transposing this idea onto Blake's work we can surmise that one could easily breath the "infinate" - whereas the sterile infinite contains less oxygen - and is a step on the path to the "infinide" - something which is both immeasurable and completely devoid of the capacity to sustain humans. The contextual multiplicity and humaneness of Blakes original meaning has to be closer to the neo-logism "infinate" than the commonly used word infinite - since Blake's time the word infinite's meaning has been compounded through mathematical and philosophical usage to approach something more of the idea of "infinide".
The mere reciting of historically bound verse is apt to lead to confusion of meanings - a faithful student will often need to rephrase the poetic tradition in order to express its meaning inside a new generation. Neo-logism's are of course one method and indeed are a point of study in themselves. Their creation is commonly attributed to both accomplished poets - Shakespeare was an infamous example - and to madmen. In short, neologisms are the resource of all who would strive to encapsulate the wholly other - or to use Derrida's term directly the "tout autre" into linguistic form. Fools can recite but only the wise can interpret. [Penman]

It is in passing through this chaotic "earthing", this perilous oscillation, that something else becomes possible, that ontological bifurcations and the emergence of coefficients of processual creativity can occur. [Guattari]
Change is emergent relation, the becoming sensible in empirical conditions of mixture, of a modulation of potential. Post-emergence, there is capture and containment. Rules are codified and applied. The intermixing of bodies, objects, and signs is standardized and regulated. Becoming becomes reviewable and writable: becoming becomes history. [Massumi]
